Lifestyle Northeast incorporates Lifestyle Active, this group is for those who enjoy more energetic pursuits. As part of the Lifestyle Active group you will be supported to take part in the following activities:
• Hartlepool United – Close working relationship with HUFC. This group offer individuals follow Hartlepool United to home and away games at discounted prices.
• Swimming – We will help you to access a Hartlepool Active Card which will enable you to access swimming facilities at minimum cost.
• Badminton, netball, basketball and Squash at the Mill House Leisure
• Football at Goal – Working alongside Hartlepool United Disabled Supporters Association we have developed five a side and 11 a side teams competing against other teams across the Yorkshire and North East Region.
• Working alongside Hartlepool Borough Council Sports and Recreation we can also link into the following
• Water Sports at the Tees Barrage
• Trampolining.
• Circuit Training
• Aerobics
• Ice Skating at Billingham Forum
• Yoga and Pilates
Charity Events – We can support you to take part in charity events, such as sponsored walks and Race for Life to raise money for worthwhile causes.
